Contrary to most belief, owning your first Mac is not as easy as it sounds. If you unbox your Mac and dive right in and start using it just like any ordinary PC, you’re doing it wrong.
Macs are not ordinary. They’re not just like any other PC. You have to feel inconvenient, and you most certainly must NOT try to find your ways around on your own (unless of course you’ve been with an Apple interface before, in that case you’d probably know where to look.)
You really need to take the official Mac switcher guide and the Mac 101 tour by Apple. Ask Mac gurus for help, and don’t give up on Google ever! Heck, if you have to, hang around people that own a Mac for inspiration: better ways to using your Mac, neat tips and tricks, et cetera.
